In the past few weeks, I have read a lot of interesting articles, blogs and notes....and then I have my own thoughts and oppinion to some of these. I have now decided to start keeping note of these - for myself, and .... whoever else is interested. So - here goes - this is the start.
I made the following commitment to myself: one meaningful update per week... and all about the professional aspect of my life ... Customer Service, Customer Service Technology, Customer Service in the Airline industry, Online shopping (travel , Shoes, etc.) and the customer service around online interactions.... email, chat and Social media...
Let's see if I stick to this....
